Dear All,

 

I am doing my final term course project, would really appreciate your help if you are a Pet owner to help me fill in the Survey form and reply to me via e-mail soonest possible. hopefully by 7 July 2008.

 

If you are not a pet owner, and do have friend that own a pet, can you help by forwarding the mail to them and reply the survey form to glendaear@gmail.com.

 

Am looking forward to your reply for the survey form and appreciate your time and effort to help me complete this survey form.
